  • Browse and discover sports events in their area
  • Join events and connect with other participants
  • Create and organize their own sports events
  • Communicate with other users through in-app messaging
  • Rate and review other players

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

When you join an event through the App:

  • We are not responsible for the conduct of other participants
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and venue rules

6. Payments and Refunds

Some events may require payment. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refund policies are determined by event organizers and are subject to our Refund Policy, available at /refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JoinNextMatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JoinNextMatchSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
